What we collect
- What you send us on the contact form: your name, email, message, and (optionally) phone number and home city.
- Technical data tied to a submission: your IP address, kept only for security and abuse review. We no longer look up an approximate location from it — your IP never leaves AWS.
- Abuse-prevention data: if an automated submission is blocked, we log the request for security review (with credentials and cookies redacted).
We do not use cookies, trackers, or advertising pixels, and we do not sell or share your information for advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we record it with your submission and never sell or share your information.
Why we use it
To respond to your message, to keep the form free of spam and abuse, and to maintain the security of the service. We do not use your details for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
- Contact submissions: up to 24 months, then deleted automatically.
- Blocked-submission and validation-failure logs: 30 days, then deleted automatically.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the site: Amazon Web Services (hosting, database, and email delivery). We send your submission to our own inbox to respond. We do not sell your information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR, the California CCPA/CPRA, or the Colorado Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at info@drmensgroup.com and we will respond within the time your law allows. On request we can export or permanently erase all data tied to your email address.
